Job Description
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our company's talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across all positions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent. Your expertise will contribute to building a robust talent pipeline and optimizing our hiring procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels while building a comprehensive talent database
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Assist with fundamental HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and contract management
- Foster positive employee relations and contribute to team culture development
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for daily personnel communications
- Collaborate with various departments to meet workforce planning and talent reserve objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience with demonstrated recruitment expertise
- Prior experience in internet/Web3 industry recruitment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with exceptional execution capabilities
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English for independent recruitment coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
