Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the overall operational strategy of our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user growth, engagement, and retention while building a robust operational framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive platform operation strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage all operational aspects including content, events, community engagement, and data analysis
- Establish and maintain an efficient operational system to support platform growth
- Monitor operational metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, technical, and business development teams
- Lead team management, including goal setting, task delegation, and performance evaluation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internet/blockchain operations management
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain ecosystems, and prediction market operations
- Data-driven mindset with ability to develop independent operational plans
- Proven team management skills with strong communication and stress management abilities
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (overseas project experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with growth hacking techniques and user acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data visualization platforms
