Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and expanding partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying and engaging with key stakeholders including Web3 projects, exchanges, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and media partners to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, cryptocurrency exchanges, KOLs, and media platforms.
- Lead business negotiations, develop collaboration proposals, and oversee contract execution.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners to enhance brand influence and expand business operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure business objectives are met.
- Conduct market research to gather industry insights, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Web3, blockchain, centralized exchanges (CEX), and prediction markets.
- Proven experience in business negotiation, resource expansion, and client relationship management.
- Existing network of contacts within projects, media, KOLs, or exchanges is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to independently drive business development.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with international partners.
