Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and daily HR operations. This role requires a proactive professional who can efficiently handle talent acquisition while supporting various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
- Maintain and optimize recruitment channels while building a sustainable talent pipeline
- Handle fundamental HR tasks including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and contract management
- Facilitate employee relations, team culture development, and daily HR communications
- Collaborate with department heads to achieve optimal workforce planning and talent reserve strategies
- Continuously improve recruitment procedures and HR workflows to enhance efficiency
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics for process optimization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with preference for candidates having internet/Web3 industry background
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and execution capability
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English for independent recruitment coordination
- Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in recruitment-focused roles
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
