We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Complaint Escalation Team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling complex, sensitive, and escalated customer inquiries and issues. As the primary point of contact, you will resolve challenging cases, address customer complaints, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive swift resolutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve complex escalated cases involving transactions, compliance, and general inquiries with a user-first approach, transforming difficult situations into positive experiences through timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and products not only to effectively resolve issues but also to guide and educate users—helping them confidently execute transactions and seamlessly utilize our services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Technology, and Risk Control to communicate user feedback, advocate for customer needs, and contribute to improving the overall platform experience. Your insights will help create a more user-friendly and reliable service.
- Maintain the highest standards of service quality in every interaction. Build trust and enhance user loyalty through professional communication, patience, and a solution-oriented approach, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer support.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for professional communication.
- Minimum one year of experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Experience in business process management and optimization is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
