Job Description: Project Coordination and Planning Management: Break down the strategic objectives of the exchange into specific projects. Develop project plans (MVP → Internal Testing → Public Testing → Official Launch), defining milestones, deliverables, and priorities. Dynamically adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery of key functionalities. Cross-Department Coordination and Resource Management: Responsible for coordinating teams including Product Managers, R&D, Testing, Operations, Risk Control, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing.
