Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and providing online customer service support. Your primary duties will include addressing questions related to exchange operations, account management, and trading procedures.
You will communicate fluently in Korean to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient issue resolution. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and suggestions to collaborate with the team in improving service processes and enhancing user experience.
This role requires adherence to shift schedules, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts (rotational basis). Regular training sessions will be provided to help you continuously improve your professional skills and customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to clients via online platforms regarding exchange operations and account-related queries.
- Communicate effectively in Korean to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Document and escalate critical customer feedback to relevant departments for service enhancement.
- Follow shift schedules (morning/afternoon/night shifts) to ensure uninterrupted customer support.
- Participate in regular training programs to stay updated on platform features and customer service best practices.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate seamlessly with native speakers.
- Proficient in Chinese to accurately understand and convey work-related information.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support roles, preferably within cryptocurrency exchanges or financial services.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems) with basic knowledge of internet technologies.
