Job Description:
1. Based on market dynamics in Chinese-speaking regions, South Korea, and the Middle East, design innovative and attractive contract activity plans to enhance user engagement and trading volume.
2. Collaborate closely with product, R&D, and other departments to drive project implementation and ensure successful product launches, working alongside marketing teams to promote post-launch growth.
3. Continuously monitor and analyze activity-related data to evaluate effectiveness and impact, developing optimization plans to improve future performance.
4. Engage proactively with users to gather feedback and suggestions, promptly addressing complaints and issues to ensure high-quality user experience and satisfaction.
5. Analyze competitor operations in the cryptocurrency market and propose actionable solutions, implementing necessary improvements.
6. Facilitate BD (Business Development) and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations by driving activity execution to enhance user conversion and partnerships.
7. Establish monthly OKR/KPI tracking mechanisms for channel operations, dynamically adjusting strategies based on market feedback and data performance, with proven OKR management experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Experience in activity operations within the cryptocurrency or financial derivatives industry, with familiarity in contract trading products and markets.
- Strong event planning and organizational skills, capable of independently developing and executing activity plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly present insights and recommendations to management and team members.
- Proficiency in data analysis, leveraging data-driven approaches to optimize activity strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and drive successful activities in a competitive market environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
