Job Description
We are looking for a User Growth Product Manager to design and implement growth strategies for our exchange platform. The ideal candidate will focus on establishing a full lifecycle growth system, optimizing user acquisition, activation, retention, and recall processes. You will set quantifiable growth goals and drive platform asset accumulation through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design growth strategies to establish a full lifecycle growth system for exchange users, covering customer acquisition, activation, retention, and recall.
- Set quantifiable growth goals and design precise operational strategies based on user segmentation (e.g., direct customers, agents, KOLs) to improve conversion rates and platform asset accumulation.
- Utilize data-driven optimization methods such as AB testing, funnel analysis, and attribution models to diagnose growth bottlenecks and iterate product solutions (e.g., invitation rebates, trading competitions, Staking products).
- Monitor core metrics including CAC/LTV, NPS, DAU/MAU, deposit and withdrawal conversion rates, and transaction frequency, and produce growth experiment reports.
- Lead the development of growth functions (e.g., fission systems, task systems, VIP benefits) and collaborate with technical, operational, and design teams to implement solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design data tracking plans for monitoring channel effects (e.g., social media, KOL campaigns, airdrop activities).
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in user growth or growth hacking within the fintech or exchange industry.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven optimization techniques such as AB testing and funnel analysis.
- Ability to set and track quantifiable growth goals and KPIs.
- Experience in designing and implementing growth strategies for different user segments.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with tracking and optimizing marketing channels such as social media, KOLs, and airdrop campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose growth bottlenecks and iterate product solutions.
