[User Growth Product Manager] 1. Design growth strategies to lead the establishment of a full lifecycle growth system for exchange users, covering processes such as customer acquisition, activation, retention, and recall, and setting quantifiable growth goals. Design precise operational strategies based on user segmentation (such as direct customers/agents/KOLs) to improve user conversion rates and platform asset accumulation scale. 2. Data driven optimization uses data methods such as AB testing, funnel analysis, and attribution models to diagnose growth bottlenecks and iterate product solutions (such as invitation rebates, trading competitions, Staking products, etc.). Monitor core indicators such as CAC/LTV, NPS, DAU/MAU, deposit and withdrawal conversion rate, transaction frequency, etc., and output growth experiment reports. 3. Function implementation and collaboration lead the development of growth functions (such as fission systems, task systems, VIP benefits), coordinate technical, operational, and design teams to promote the implementation of solutions. Coordinate with the marketing team to design a data tracking plan to track channel effects (such as social media/KOL/airdrop activities).
