Training cum QA Team Leader This role combines training leadership with quality assurance oversight to drive operational excellence across customer service teams. The ideal candidate will establish robust training frameworks while implementing rigorous quality standards to elevate team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor trainers and QA specialists through coaching, performance management, and structured capability building programs including Train-the-Trainer initiatives
- Training Program Management: Oversee end-to-end training programs from onboarding to cross-skilling and advanced development, ensuring content relevance through continuous evaluation
- Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive evaluation metrics, conduct calibration sessions, and implement data-driven improvement plans
- Operational Excellence: Partner with customer service, product, and operations teams to align training/QA strategies with business objectives
- Performance Analytics: Generate detailed reports on team performance metrics and quality trends, providing actionable insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in crypto/blockchain industry
- 2+ years in customer service training delivery, instructional design, and quality assurance with team management exposure
- Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
