Job Description
The Community Operations Specialist (Crypto Focus | KOL Traffic Conversion) will be based in Dubai and responsible for managing and converting user traffic from KOLs/communities. This role involves guiding and retaining users in platforms like Telegram and Discord, driving them through the conversion funnel from joining groups to completing transactions on the app. The specialist will design and execute community activities (Q&A sessions, rewards, airdrops, check-in tasks, etc.) to enhance retention and conversion rates. Additionally, they will maintain community engagement, address user inquiries, and ensure new users quickly familiarize themselves with the platform. The role also includes tracking KOL campaign data, providing feedback on conversion performance, and suggesting optimizations. Regular reporting on key metrics such as new users, activity, retention, and conversion is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert user traffic from KOLs/communities, guiding users in Telegram, Discord, and other platforms.
- Drive users through the conversion funnel: group joining → registration → app download → transaction completion.
- Design and execute community activities (Q&A, rewards, airdrops, tasks) to boost retention and conversion.
- Maintain community engagement, answer user questions, and ensure smooth onboarding for new users.
- Monitor KOL campaign data, provide feedback on conversion, and propose optimization strategies.
- Generate regular reports on core metrics (new users, activity, retention, conversion).
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in community or user operations, preferably in crypto or Web3.
- Familiarity with overseas community platforms like Telegram/Discord and ability to design engagement activities.
- Strong customer service mindset and execution skills to efficiently convert KOL-driven traffic.
- Fluent in English as a working language.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and suggest improvements.
