Job Description
The VIP Client Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients by providing personalized support and exceptional service. This role focuses on understanding client needs, identifying collaboration opportunities, and enhancing client engagement and trading volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients through dedicated one-on-one support.
- Provide 24/7 instant assistance via exclusive communication channels (e.g., Telegram) to address operational and technical inquiries efficiently.
- Respond to client questions regarding accounts, transactions, products, and promotional activities while keeping them informed about platform updates.
- Proactively communicate critical updates such as policy changes, technical optimizations, and market announcements.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer-centric problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions that enhance emotional satisfaction and business value.
- Generate periodic reports summarizing client insights, trading behavior analysis, and service improvement recommendations to drive continuous enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency/fintech industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management or VIP account servicing.
- Professional-level English proficiency; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
