Job Description
We are hiring an AML Product GTM Marketing Lead to oversee the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, brand communication, lead generation, sales enablement, and commercial conversion support for our AML products MistTrack/SlowMist KYT. This role requires deep expertise in Crypto AML, KYT, on-chain compliance, blockchain investigations, VASP compliance, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, and actionable market messaging and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for MistTrack/SlowMist KYT, analyzing market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Define market positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation, converting technical AML capabilities into customer-centric benefits.
- Content Marketing & Branding: Develop content strategies to enhance brand authority, including whitepapers, case studies, compliance guides, and thought leadership articles.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Provide sales teams with tools like pitch decks, competitive comparisons, FAQs, and objection-handling guides to drive conversions.
- Lead Generation & Growth: Design and execute campaigns (webinars, conferences, SEO, social media) to attract high-quality leads and optimize conversion funnels.
- Competitive & Market Research: Monitor global AML/KYT competitors, regulatory shifts, and industry trends to refine product and market strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, R&D, sales, and customer success teams to align GTM efforts with business goals.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, RegTech, blockchain, or cybersecurity marketing/GTM roles.
- Strong understanding of Crypto AML, KYT, blockchain analytics, or compliance solutions (preferred).
- Proven ability to craft product messaging, create content, and enable sales teams.
- Analytical skills for competitive research, ROI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Project management experience to drive cross-departmental initiatives.
- Fluent English for global market research and communication.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Crypto AML/blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs).
- Track record in scaling B2B SaaS products from 0 to 1 or 1 to N.
- International marketing, branding, or demand-generation expertise.
- Experience serving exchanges, VASPs, financial institutions, or regulators.
