Job Description
As a Web3 professional based in Hong Kong, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's presence within the decentralized technology landscape. This position requires active participation in industry events, including conferences, meetups, and networking sessions, to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and innovators. You will also be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges that align with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will spearhead brand development initiatives to elevate the company's visibility and reputation in the Web3 community through creative campaigns and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Web3 conferences and meetups in Hong Kong, including but not limited to organizing events, coordinating with industry experts, and engaging with potential partners. This role involves building and maintaining a robust network of contacts and resources within the Web3 ecosystem, leveraging both online and offline platforms to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the Web3 space. This includes monitoring blockchain developments, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized applications (dApps) to provide actionable insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute brand initiatives that enhance the company's awareness and credibility in the Web3 community. This involves creating content strategies, managing social media presence, and collaborating with marketing teams to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand activities with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This includes preparing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to demonstrate the impact of initiatives on brand visibility and market positioning.

Job Requirements
