Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Web3 conferences and meetups in Hong Kong, including but not limited to organizing events, coordinating with industry experts, and engaging with potential partners. This role involves building and maintaining a robust network of contacts and resources within the Web3 ecosystem, leveraging both online and offline platforms to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the Web3 space. This includes monitoring blockchain developments, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized applications (dApps) to provide actionable insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute brand initiatives that enhance the company's awareness and credibility in the Web3 community. This involves creating content strategies, managing social media presence, and collaborating with marketing teams to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand activities with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This includes preparing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to demonstrate the impact of initiatives on brand visibility and market positioning.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards related to Web3 technologies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. This involves researching legal frameworks, engaging with policymakers, and providing guidance to the team on best practices for operating in the Web3 space.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 ecosystems, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional networks within the industry is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences at conferences and meetups. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities are required to establish partnerships and collaborations.
• Proficiency in market research methodologies, including data analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend forecasting. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media monitoring platforms, and industry reports is advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies. Experience in developing brand campaigns and managing digital marketing efforts is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Chinese) being a plus for local market engagement. Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, project management software, and social media platforms is required.
