Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our product, R&D, testing, UI/UX, and project management teams. Your primary responsibility will be to align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on talent management and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR Business Partner for product, R&D, testing, UI/UX, and project management teams, providing comprehensive HR support.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop organizational plans, optimize team structures, and enhance workforce efficiency.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for R&D teams, ensuring timely fulfillment of critical positions and successful offer acceptance.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance evaluation, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems (OKR/KPI), tracking results and facilitating improvement plans.
- Conduct regular organizational diagnostics to identify team challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Drive corporate culture initiatives, employee engagement programs, and team-building activities.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment, compensation & benefits, and administrative teams to support rapid business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of HRBP experience, preferably in internet, Web3, fintech or exchange industries.
- Familiarity with product and R&D team structures, with knowledge of development methodologies (Scrum, Agile, etc.) being advantageous.
- Strong capabilities in recruitment, organizational diagnosis, and employee relations management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
