Risk Control Position:
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Monitor trading activities to identify potential risk points; use quantitative models to evaluate risk levels.
- Risk Control Strategy Development: Design and implement risk control rules, thresholds, and early warning mechanisms; optimize risk control systems to prevent fraud and market manipulation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze trading data, user behavior, and market trends to generate risk reports; provide decision-making support to management.
- System Optimization and Innovation: Collaborate with technical teams to develop or upgrade risk control tools and algorithms; integrate AI and big data technologies to enhance risk prediction accuracy.
- Emergency Response: Handle sudden risk incidents and develop contingency plans.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in CEX (Centralized Exchange) environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment tools and data analysis software.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex datasets.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; high sense of responsibility and stress tolerance; adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
