Job Description
The role involves conducting withdrawal reviews and handling daily risk cases related to funds. Responsibilities include assessing user behavior for potential risks (such as account security and fund anomalies) in accordance with risk control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOP). The position requires identifying various suspicious activities, including but not limited to triangular arbitrage, on-chain tracking, abnormal K-line patterns, long-short locking, account theft, arbitrage, unauthorized parties, and abnormal fund flows. Additionally, the role entails marking, intercepting, and capturing high-risk accounts, collaborating with the team to report issues and anomalies discovered during reviews, and maintaining accurate audit records and data organization to ensure traceability and completeness of information. This position offers a fast onboarding process for direct HR hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct withdrawal reviews and manage daily fund-related risk cases.
- Evaluate user behavior for risks (e.g., account security, fund anomalies) per risk control strategies and SOPs.
- Identify suspicious activities like arbitrage, on-chain tracking, K-line anomalies, and unauthorized transactions.
- Mark, intercept, and capture high-risk accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to report issues and anomalies found during audits.
- Maintain detailed audit records and organize data for traceability.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in risk control, auditing, operations, customer service, or related fields; exchange experience preferred.
- Basic risk awareness and ability to detect abnormal behavior.
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and execution skills.
- Good logical judgment and decision-making abilities based on standards.
- Willingness to adapt to shift work, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in basic office tools; data awareness is a plus.
