Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support the company's expansion in international markets, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and long-term growth targets.
 - Lead the establishment of regional contract business teams, fostering collaboration between departments to achieve consistent performance and operational efficiency.
 - Drive channel expansion efforts, including identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and service providers to strengthen market penetration.
 - Implement KOL strategies to amplify brand visibility and user engagement, leveraging influencer networks to create a cohesive marketing ecosystem.
 - Ensure end-to-end connectivity between B2B business cooperation and C-end user traffic by optimizing supply chain processes and digital integration solutions.
 - Coordinate and execute targeted market activities, such as promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives, to boost sales and market share.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes, informing data-driven decisions for product development.
 - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
 - Act as a liaison between regional teams and headquarters, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of goals across all business units.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development, with a proven track record in managing cross-border operations and strategic partnerships.
 - Strong expertise in contract business models, including negotiation, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies for global markets.
 - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams in diverse cultural environments.
 - Proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques, including SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation strategies.
 - Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and KOL collaboration frameworks, with experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
 - Fluency in English and at least one additional regional language to facilitate communication with stakeholders and local teams.
 - Ability to develop and present strategic plans to senior management, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI for international expansion.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and optimize operational performance in dynamic markets.
