Job Description: 1. Responsible for the company's recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Conduct independent first-round interviews to assess candidates' basic competencies and job fit. 3. Arrange qualified candidates from the initial screening to proceed to the second-round interviews with department heads. 4. Manage and follow up on HR processes such as onboarding, probation confirmation, and offboarding. 5. Maintain and expand recruitment channels to enhance hiring efficiency.
