Job Description:
Market Data & Real-Time Systems
- Design and develop the backend architecture for Web3 market data systems, covering real-time data collection, cleaning, aggregation, storage, and distribution for on-chain market data, DEX pool data, order books, trade flows, and K-lines.
- Build low-latency, high-throughput, and horizontally scalable real-time computation pipelines to ensure stability, consistency, and timeliness of market data in high-concurrency scenarios.
- Design and implement real-time data push services (WebSocket / gRPC Streaming) to support frontend, strategy, trading, and other downstream business needs for real-time market data consumption.
On-Chain Data Platform
- Lead the overall design and implementation of the on-chain data platform, constructing a complete data pipeline from node integration, block parsing, event decoding to structured storage.
- Handle block, transaction, and event log parsing and decoding (Log Decode, Trace parsing, internal transaction reconstruction, etc.), transforming raw on-chain data into structured data consumable by business applications.
- Abstract multi-chain data models and develop reusable parsing frameworks and data assets to support upper-layer services such as market data, trading, wallets, and prediction markets.
- Establish real-time data monitoring and alerting mechanisms covering key metrics like node health, data latency, data integrity, and parsing exceptions.
Job Requirements:
Technical Foundation
- 5+ years of backend development experience in Java or Go (Java preferred).
- For Java: 3+ years of hands-on Java experience, familiar with JVM tuning, concurrent programming, and Spring ecosystem.
- For Go: 3+ years of Golang experience, proficient in concurrency models (Goroutine/Channel), standard libraries, and mainstream frameworks (Gin/Go-zero/Gorm).
- Strong expertise in microservices and distributed system design (message queues, distributed locks, circuit breaking, idempotency, etc.).
- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL database optimization, Redis caching, and Kafka asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with real-time computation systems, including state management, backpressure, fault tolerance, and Exactly-Once mechanisms; familiarity with Akka/Pekko, Reactor (or Project Reactor/RxJava), and Redis Stream.
- 3+ years of Web3 development experience, understanding blockchain fundamentals (consensus, P2P, Gas/fee models) and transaction/contract interaction mechanisms.
- Familiarity with major public chains (EVM and Solana required; Move/Sui is a plus).
- Experience with on-chain data platforms, market data systems, or similar data infrastructure, including Log Decode, ABI parsing, Trace/Internal Tx processing, and multi-chain data model abstraction.
- Led the architecture and implementation of mid-to-large-scale backend systems or data platforms from scratch.
- Strong learning ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, blockchains, and protocols, evaluating their practical value and implementation paths.
AI Engineering
- Daily use of AI Coding Agents with engineering best practices.
- Experience in building Agent Harness and writing Skills/Prompts.
- Understanding of MCP, Tool Use, RAG, Eval, and their practical applications.
Bonus Points
- Experience with big data real-time/offline computation (Flink, Spark, Storm) and Lambda/Kappa architectures.
- Experience with DEX (Uniswap V2/V3, Curve, Raydium, Orca) pool state management, price calculation, and aggregated market data.
- Knowledge of MEV, Mempool monitoring, and front-running protection.
- Hands-on experience with time-series databases (TimescaleDB, Druid, ClickHouse) in market data scenarios.
- Contributions to AI Coding tools, Skill libraries, or Agent workflows.
- Open-source contributions or technical blog publications.
