Job Description
Lead the design of user lifecycle growth models and develop quantifiable strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and churn recovery. Build user incentive systems and benefit structures, establish dynamic operational mechanisms, and formulate tiered operational plans to enhance key growth metrics. Plan and execute growth campaigns (e.g., referral programs, task incentives, social sharing), design A/B testing frameworks, and manage the full process from experiment design to performance monitoring and strategy iteration while continuously optimizing campaign ROI. Establish user behavior alert mechanisms and improve conversion efficiency at critical stages through automated engagement strategies. Monitor and analyze user growth data, regularly producing in-depth analytical reports (e.g., funnel conversion analysis, channel performance evaluation). Collaborate with product and R&D teams to propose actionable optimization requirements, complete growth tool development, and provide operational strategy recommendations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in exchange, campaign, or growth operations.
- 2+ years in user growth operations; overseas experience preferred.
- Proficient in growth methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Strong campaign planning, execution, and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration abilities.
- Innovative problem-solving skills with adaptability to change.
- Preferred: Proven success in user growth, fluent English proficiency.
