Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company objectives to promote organizational and talent development
- Participate in executive decision-making by providing HR expertise to support business goal achievement
- Optimize organizational structure to enhance efficiency and lead talent management initiatives
- Establish leadership development programs to improve management capabilities
- Enhance HR systems across all modules including recruitment, training, performance, and compensation
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Lead and develop the HR team, setting departmental goals and improving professional capabilities
- Manage diverse workforce with different cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Promote corporate culture through employee engagement activities and communication
- Address complex employee relations issues and mitigate labor risks
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, productivity, recruitment costs) to support management decisions
- Collaborate with business units to identify HR needs and implement effective solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership role
- Proven track record in organizational development and talent management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Experience in multicultural work environments
- Data-driven decision making capability
- Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience in organizational transformation projects
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
