Job Description:
Senior Community Operations Manager (Trading Focus / Trading KOL Operations)
- Produce professional trading content, deeply engage with trading KOLs, and execute精细化运营 for trading activities.
- Build and manage global Chinese and English communities across Telegram, Discord, and WeChat ecosystems, ensuring 7×24人工服务 and emergency response.
- Collaborate closely with product and trading teams to create content, activities, and KOL partnerships targeting traders, driving user growth, retention, and交易转化.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional Trading Content: Develop market-driven trading strategies,行情解读, fee comparisons, and arbitrage analyses to attract and retain advanced traders.
- Deep KOL Engagement: Design绑定机制 (e.g., rebates, strategy co-creation, liquidity support) to convert KOL私域流量 into active platform users.
- Activity Execution: Lead trading competitions,模拟盘挑战, and copy-trading events with robust风控 and compliance checks.
- Channel Development: Establish and govern TG/Discord communities from scratch, including rules, SOPs,权限配置, and FAQs.
- 24/7 Support: Implement值班/外包 solutions (SLA, shifts,质检) for real-time Q&A and危机响应.
- WeChat & KOL Management: Expand KOL networks, build微信群矩阵, and organize AMAs/offline events.

- User Support: Integrate工单系统 (e.g., Zendesk) and maintain知识库 for continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Enforce anti-spam/钓鱼 measures (bot filters, 2FA) and align with legal传播规范.

Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Chinese; 1+ years in社区运营 (crypto/finance preferred) with Telegram/Discord实操经验.
- Trading literacy: Understand现货/合约 basics,订单类型, and risk alerts for professional trader communication.
- Real trading experience优先: Hands-on CEX/DEX experience to empathize with trader pain points (e.g., slippage, funding rates).
- KOL monetization expertise: Design win-win partnerships (rebates, paid groups) beyond basic sponsorships.
- Data-driven: Analyze社群参与度 and交易数据 (e.g., deposit conversion) to quantify impact.
- Existing KOL networks or influencer background is a plus.
