**직무 책임 / Job Responsibilities**
- 영어권 커뮤니티 (Telegram / Discord)의 일상 운영 및 유지보수 담당
Manage daily operations and maintenance of English-speaking communities (Telegram/Discord)
- 사용자 문의에 신속하고 전문적으로 답변 (거래, 계정, 입출금 등 관련 문제)
Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally (trading, accounts, deposits, withdrawals, etc.)
- 사용자에게 기본 작업 안내 (등록, KYC, 입금, 출금 및 거래 절차 등)
Guide users through basic operations such as registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading
- 커뮤니티 여론 모니터링, 잠재적 위험 또는 부정적 감정 신속 발견
Monitor community sentiment to identify potential risks or negative feedback in a timely manner
- 내부 팀과 협력하여 이상 상황, 불만 및 긴급 사항 처리 지원
Coordinate with internal teams to handle abnormal situations, complaints, and emergencies
- 커뮤니티 질서 유지, 규정 위반, 광고 및 악의적 행위 관리
Maintain community order by managing violations, spam, and malicious behavior
- 사용자 피드백 수집, 자주 묻는 질문 정리 및 내부 공유
Collect user feedback, compile FAQs, and share internally
- 커뮤니티 활동 지원 (캠페인, AMA, 운영 업무 등), 참여도 향상
Assist in executing community events (campaigns, AMAs, operational tasks, etc.) to boost engagement
지원 자격:
**지원 자격 / Job Requirements**
- 중국어 또는 영어 읽기 및 쓰기 능력 보유 (유창한 의사소통 가능, 말하기 능력 우대)
Strong written and reading skills in both Chinese or English (fluent communication required; speaking is a plus)
- 암호화폐 거래소 고객 지원 또는 커뮤니티 운영 경력 1년 이상
At least 1 year of customer support or community management experience at a cryptocurrency exchange
- 기본적인 Web3 개념 이해 (지갑, 송금, Gas Fee, 네트워크 등)
Familiar with basic Web3 concepts (wallet, transfers, gas fees, networks, etc.)
- Telegram, Discord 등 커뮤니티 도구 사용 능숙
Proficient in using Telegram, Discord, and other community tools
- 강한 커뮤니케이션 능력, 인내심, 서비스 마인드
Strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset
- 고강도 업무 환경 적응 가능, 신속한 대응
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with timely responses
- 교대 근무 수용 가능 (야간 및 주말 포함)
Willing to work rotating shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
