Job Description:
1. User Tiered Operations in Live Trading Phase
- Develop differentiated operation strategies based on exchange user classification system (e.g., new/active/high-net-worth/institutional users) to achieve user reach, conversion, and retention for each tier.
- Address exclusive service requirements of different user tiers, coordinating resources across customer service, risk control, and product teams to ensure premium user experience and basic user conversion efficiency.
- Monitor user lifecycle data to identify churn risks and growth opportunities, delivering actionable user operation optimization plans.
2. Operation Campaign Planning & Rapid Execution
- Break down business objectives into specific operation campaign requirements, independently designing campaign plans, setting rules, and managing cross-department collaboration and launch processes.
- Adjust campaign strategies in real-time based on user behavior data and performance feedback to ensure goal achievement with controlled risks.
- Establish standardized campaign SOPs to enhance future execution efficiency and minimize repeated trial-and-error.
3. Data-Driven Operation Decisions
- Build core operation dashboards to track key metrics like trading volume, activity rate, conversion rate, and ROI, identifying operational bottlenecks.
- Validate operation strategy effectiveness through data analysis, producing review reports with iterative recommendations to drive continuous optimization.
- Assist in constructing user tagging systems and data tracking standards to support refined operations.
4. 0-1 Operation System Development Support
- Participate in building operation processes, tools, and communication frameworks from scratch for the live trading phase, bridging gaps between simulated and real trading environments.
- Collect user feedback and monitor competitor trends to drive product and operation strategy upgrades.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk control teams for pre-assessment of operational risks, ensuring all actions meet regulatory and platform security standards.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of cryptocurrency exchange operation experience, with proven success in 0-1 phase projects and live trading user operations.
- Proficient in tiered user operations, understanding demand differences and strategies for retail/whale/institutional users.
- Strong logical thinking to independently decompose complex operation needs; skilled in SQL/Excel for data analysis with data-driven decision-making capability.
- High execution ability to swiftly translate strategies into actions, adapting to fast-paced and dynamic exchange environments.
