Job Description:
1. Business Understanding & Strategic Planning
- Deeply comprehend CEX core business logic including trade matching engines, asset clearing, wallet systems, KYC/AML processes, and risk control strategies to define reasonable project scope and implementation paths based on business objectives.
- Participate in product and technical roadmap discussions, providing feasibility analysis, dependency mapping, and risk assessment recommendations from a project management perspective.
2. End-to-End Project Control
- Develop clear project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery standards while precisely managing progress across R&D, testing, and deployment phases.
- Coordinate internal teams (product, frontend, backend, risk control, compliance, operations) and external service providers (KYC vendors, on-chain monitoring tools, cloud services) to ensure seamless collaboration.
3. Risk Management & Contingency Planning
- Proactively identify technical, compliance, security, and resource risks, developing mitigation strategies in advance.
- Establish early warning mechanisms for critical paths to prevent major delivery failures or business interruptions.
4. Cross-functional Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the project "central nervous system" for efficient information synchronization and collaboration gap elimination.
- Deliver transparent, accurate, and solution-oriented status reports to management covering project progress, key achievements, blockers, and support requirements.
5. User-Centric Product Integration
- Participate in optimizing trading flows, asset operations, and new user onboarding based on market feedback and user behavior data.
- Advocate for user-centered delivery standards to prevent product disconnects caused by purely technical approaches.
6. Issue Tracking & Resolution
- Track system testing, canary releases, and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining an issue log with clear ownership and resolution timelines.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to document lessons learned and continuously improve team delivery efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in internet or fintech sectors, with mandatory exposure to centralized exchange (CEX) or high-frequency trading system projects.
- Thorough understanding of CEX technical architecture and core modules (matching, clearing, wallets, risk control, KYC/AML), capable of in-depth technical discussions.
- Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid waterfall) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion).
- Exceptional risk awareness, logical thinking, and driving force to maintain delivery commitments in complex environments.
- Outstanding cross-departmental communication and executive reporting skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Professional English proficiency for international team collaboration.
