Job Description:
1. Business Understanding & Strategic Planning
- Deeply comprehend CEX core business logic, including trading matching engines, asset clearing, wallet systems, KYC/AML processes, and risk control strategies. Develop reasonable project scopes and implementation paths based on business objectives.
- Participate in product and technology roadmap discussions, providing feasibility assessments, dependency analysis, and risk evaluation from a project management perspective.
2. End-to-End Project Management
- Define clear project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery criteria, ensuring precise control over R&D, testing, and launch phases.
- Coordinate internal teams (product, frontend, backend, risk control, compliance, operations) and external vendors (e.g., KYC providers, on-chain monitoring tools, cloud services) to ensure seamless collaboration.
3. Risk Management & Contingency Planning
- Proactively identify technical, compliance, security, and resource risks, formulating mitigation plans in advance.
- Establish early warning mechanisms for critical paths to prevent major delivery failures or business disruptions.
4. Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the "central nervous system" of projects, efficiently synchronizing information and eliminating collaboration blind spots.
- Provide transparent, accurate, and solution-oriented updates to senior management on project status, key progress, blockers, and required support.
5. User-Centric Product Integration
- Leverage market feedback and user behavior data to optimize trading flows, asset operations, and onboarding experiences.
- Advocate for user-centered delivery standards to prevent product disconnects caused by purely technical approaches.
6. Issue Tracking & Resolution
- Monitor system testing, gray releases, and operational issues, maintaining a problem log and driving timely resolutions.
- Conduct post-mortems to document lessons learned and continuously improve team delivery efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in internet or fintech sectors, with mandatory exposure to centralized exchanges (CEX) or high-frequency trading systems.
- Thorough understanding of CEX technical architecture and core modules (matching, clearing, wallets, risk control, KYC/AML), enabling deep technical discussions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid waterfall) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
- Strong risk awareness, logical thinking, and execution drive to uphold delivery commitments in complex environments.
- Exceptional cross-departmental communication and executive reporting skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Professional English proficiency for international team collaboration.
