Cooperate with business line leaders to build talent gradients, establish a talent resource pool, continuously explore overseas recruitment channels, and increase high-quality resume reserves; 4. Timely summarize and pay attention to the problems and shortcomings that arise during the recruitment process, conduct in-depth analysis, and form systematic solutions. 5. Pay attention to the AI, Web3 industry and related market trends, conduct research on related industries, and map talents.
