Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support Web3 projects.
 - Create compelling content for social media platforms, especially Twitter, to engage the Web3 community and generate excitement around our projects.
 - Design engaging videos that highlight brand image and value, using innovative concepts to enhance brand attention and impression.
 - Initiate marketing campaigns to accompany major product updates and community events. This includes hands-on work from planning to task detailing to content delivery, requiring significant communication and documentation efforts to be executed personally.
 - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and implement social media campaigns across all stages of project launches, from pre-launch to post-launch.
 - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
 - Engage with the community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platforms in social media marketing and the Web3 space.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on Web3 or emerging technologies.
 - Strong background in consumer brand marketing with excellent brand sense.
 - Proficiency in Chinese is essential for this role.
 - Must be located in an Asian city.
 - Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms, particularly Twitter.
 - Ability to design and produce compelling videos that enhance brand image.
 - Strong communication and documentation skills for executing marketing campaigns.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 - Analytical skills to monitor and optimize social media performance.
