Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recruitment policies and handbooks that detail company operations and procedures for hiring.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates from professional recruitment platforms and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal teams to evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding kits to new hires, containing essential information about company culture, parking, work schedules, and dress codes.
- Organize office tours and introductions to team members to facilitate new employee integration.
- Provide new hires with technical manuals, guidelines, and access credentials as needed for their role.
- Assign initial tasks and address any questions or concerns during the onboarding phase.
- Ensure new employees receive adequate technical support for setting up hardware, software, and other work-related tools.
- Manage and file all documentation related to new hires, including employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Arrange product demonstrations and company presentations to familiarize new employees with the organization's offerings.
- Maintain consistent communication with new hires through phone calls, in-person meetings, and email to ensure clarity and alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate required paperwork, computer equipment orders, and follow-up actions to ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their roles and responsibilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment and onboarding to enhance processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and onboarding processes, with a strong understanding of hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and new employees.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and identify high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures related to recruitment, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and HR software to streamline processes and maintain records.
- Ability to work within the organizational structure boundaries and obtain necessary approvals from CPO/CEO for critical decisions.
- Experience in negotiating salaries and benefits on behalf of the company to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Attention to detail to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and company requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with new hires and create a positive onboarding experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and modify recruitment and onboarding strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in coordinating with IT and other departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during the recruitment or onboarding process.
