From the opening the PRF to the first day of joiningResearch all the available sources for proper, excellent candidates to join the organization.Conduct the first screening and, if appropriate, follow the internal process for interviews and assessmentEmailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codesWelcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tourIntroducing new hires to their team membersProviding new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as neededDetailing all new hires initial tasks and answering any queriesEnsuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and softwareGathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreementsArranging product and company demos and presentationsStablish frequent communication via phone, in person, and email to deliver a consistent message to new employees, while also coordinating required new employee paperwork, computer equipment orders and subsequent follow up to ensure quality of deliverablesFramework, Boundaries of Work, Authority & Decision MakingThe position works within the Organizational Chart boundaries. Other positions need to be approved by CPO/CEOThe position has the authority to filter candidates and do the full research until the selected ones are sent to the organization for interviewsThe position has the authority to propose and negotiate on behalf of the company the required salary and other benefits,The position must develop and implement the onboarding procedures according to the company policies and procedures
