Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team, primarily responsible for customer communication and after-sales support in the Southeast Asian market. This role involves handling daily customer inquiries, providing technical guidance, and ensuring smooth user experiences with our Web3 products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily inquiries and provide solutions for customers in the Southeast Asian market
- Guide users through basic operations including wallet registration, on-chain transfers, deposits, and withdrawals
- Answer fundamental Web3 questions regarding Gas Fees, network selection, and related topics
- Assist in processing after-sales requests and reporting abnormal situations
- Document and summarize customer issues systematically
- Collaborate with BD and internal teams to synchronize customer information
- Provide shift coverage according to scheduled rotations to ensure service availability
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of Web3 concepts and blockchain technology
- Proficiency in simple spreadsheet recording (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Knowledge of Gas Fees, on-chain transfers, and wallet addresses
- Experience using common wallets (e.g., MetaMask, TokenPocket)
- Clear communication skills in Chinese
- Basic English communication ability for Southeast Asian clients
- Responsive and timely in customer interactions
- Emotionally stable with strong patience
- Familiarity with communication tools like Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord
