Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of hiring, from job postings to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic competencies and role suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule second-round interviews with department heads for qualified candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including handling new hire paperwork, probation periods, and exit procedures.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment channels to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Oversee employee relations, assisting with communication and team coordination matters.
- Support the development and improvement of company HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate job requirements.
- Outgoing, confident personality with strong interpersonal and judgment skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly proactive in task execution.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Google Docs).
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Must reside in Kuala Lumpur or surrounding areas with availability for occasional in-person meetings.
- Knowledge or recruitment experience in Web3/blockchain industry is a plus.
