Job Description
This role focuses on business development and strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will actively engage with industry stakeholders to drive growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Resource Expansion: Attend Web3 conferences, Meetups, Hackathons, and other events to establish and maintain industry relationships.
- Industry Intelligence Gathering: Continuously monitor key sectors including AI, AI Quant, Prediction Market, DeFi, and RWA, producing insightful industry analysis reports.
- Business Resource Development: Expand networks with project teams, VCs, KOLs, communities, exchanges, and other key stakeholders.
- Industry Conference Participation: Represent the company at events to identify and pursue collaboration opportunities.
- Industry Database Management: Maintain comprehensive resource libraries including contacts, projects, and partnership statuses.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Web3 industry with solid understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain technologies.
- Excellent business communication and resource development capabilities.
- Willingness to frequently attend industry conferences and business events.
- Strong information gathering, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective teamwork abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Proactive work attitude with strong execution capabilities.
- Mandatory Chinese proficiency; basic business English communication skills preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary range: USD 1,000 - 3,000 (base salary + performance bonus + commission, specific package negotiable based on experience)
