Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, leveraging a "evangelist" mindset to promote our solutions in the market.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customer segments, analyze industry trends, and uncover unmet needs that align with our product capabilities.
- Work closely with the product team to abstract and prioritize customer requirements, ensuring the Account SDK product is designed with modularity and high availability as core principles.
- Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to define product specifications, validate feature feasibility, and provide feedback for iterative improvements.
- Document customer use cases, pain points, and success metrics to support the development of a robust and user-centric Account SDK product.
- Stay updated on competitive landscape and emerging technologies to maintain a strategic edge in customer acquisition and product innovation.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for the Account SDK product.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer growth, product adoption, and market penetration.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated track record of successfully expanding customer bases in tech-driven environments.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product development.
- Strong communication abilities to articulate value propositions to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, particularly in SDK design and implementation, with experience in modular architecture principles.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and data analysis techniques to track engagement and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and optimize product functionality for diverse use cases.
- Ability to think strategically about market positioning, competitive differentiation, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, along with 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in English and strong written/oral communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively to internal and external audiences.
