Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
 - Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
 - Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and company culture
 - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback to candidates
 - Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
 - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a strong talent pipeline
 - Assist with employer branding initiatives and promote our company culture and values
 - Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and Web 3.0 and Business Development hiring
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between hiring needs and business strategy
 - Implement innovative recruitment technologies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate engagement
 - Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on talent market dynamics and hiring challenges
 - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process
 - Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark hiring practices and identify opportunities for improvement
 - Develop onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on Web 3.0 or business development roles
 - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
 - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
 - Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
 - Ability to analyze data and interpret recruitment metrics to drive decision-making
 - Knowledge of Web 3.0 technologies and business development strategies is a plus
 - Excellent problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges and improve processes
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
 - Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on talent acquisition
 - Excellent time management skills to meet hiring deadlines and ensure timely feedback
 - Ability to conduct thorough research on potential candidates and industry trends
