Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to oversee and expand our CIS/EU regional communities and social media platforms (such as Telegram and Discord). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing local communities, social media accounts, KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers), and community mobilization systems. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving CIS/EU community ecosystem, enhancing its reach and engagement levels.
Additionally, you will monitor community sentiment, promptly address issues or crises, and provide regular data analysis and performance reports. Collaboration with product, marketing, and other teams will be essential to optimize user experience and drive community growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand CIS/EU regional communities and social media platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord)
- Engage with and oversee local communities, social media accounts, KOCs, and community mobilization frameworks
- Develop and maintain a robust CIS/EU community ecosystem to boost visibility and engagement
- Monitor community sentiment and swiftly address issues or potential crises
- Provide detailed community data analysis and regular performance reports
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience
Job Requirements:
- Native proficiency in Chinese; English fluency required for professional communication
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to adapt to cross-time-zone collaboration (Asia, CIS, and Europe)
- Minimum 1 year of community management experience in the exchange industry
- Proven experience in event planning and user growth strategies
- Strong skills in sentiment monitoring, crisis management, and community engagement
- Familiarity with Web3/crypto community culture and excellent communication skills
