1. Responsible for recruiting BD sales positions in China based on company business needs, including resume screening, interview organization, and employment follow-up; 2. Familiar with the company's business model and have a deep understanding of the BD job requirements; 3. Explore outstanding talents through various recruitment channels (recruitment websites, social media platforms, industry resources, etc.) and establish a talent reserve pool; 4. Efficiently promote the recruitment process, ensure recruitment quality and speed, and shorten the recruitment cycle; 5. Coordinate candidate onboarding related matters, track onboarding status, and assist the team in integrating new employees; 6. Regularly analyze recruitment data, submit recruitment reports, and provide data support for optimizing recruitment strategies.
