Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning and Output: Responsible for content planning, creation, and publishing on all social media platforms of the company (including but not limited to X, Instagram, Medium), ensuring multi-dimensional communication of brand concepts and product values.
• Combining hot topics with fan growth: Based on current events and market trends, plan and execute attractive content and activities to promote the growth of fan base on various platforms.
• KOL maintenance and diversion: Maintain good cooperative relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and well-known figures in the industry, achieve precise fan diversion through effective interactive strategies, and expand brand audience.
• Content production: Design and produce efficient advertising content to achieve the best brand communication effect and operational conversion goals.
• Content collaboration: Provide high-quality, high click through rate, and high conversion rate content support for online operations and offline promotion activities, enhancing brand influence and user engagement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure content performance
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Experience working with KOLs and influencer marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is preferred
