Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team and take charge of the recruitment and HR-related functions for our exchange platform. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, process optimization, and HR system development.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the recruitment work of the exchange, including job demand analysis, talent search, interview arrangement, and offer negotiation.
 - Optimize the recruitment process and expand recruitment channels (such as industry communities, headhunting collaborations, technical forums, etc.).
 - Assist in building the company's HR system, including employee onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations management.
 - Familiar with the blockchain industry, able to quickly understand job requirements such as technology, operations, and market, and accurately match talents.
 - Participate in the construction of corporate culture, enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR functions, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry.
 - Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment channel expansion.
 - Ability to analyze job requirements and match candidates effectively.
 - Knowledge of HR systems, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 - Passion for corporate culture development and employee engagement.
