Job Description
We are seeking a passionate DeFi operations expert whose core mission is to drive the growth and vibrancy of our public blockchain ecosystem. Your role will focus on attracting, nurturing, and developing top-tier DeFi projects to collectively enrich the ecosystem. You will serve as the critical bridge connecting projects, developers, and users.
Key Responsibilities
- DeFi Ecosystem Expansion: Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard promising DeFi protocols (e.g., DEXs, lending platforms, derivatives) to deploy on our public blockchain.
- Project Growth Support: Provide comprehensive support to DeFi projects within the ecosystem, including technical resource coordination, joint marketing initiatives, liquidity program recommendations, and more to accelerate their growth.
- User & Liquidity Growth: Design and execute growth campaigns targeting DeFi users (e.g., liquidity mining incentives, trading competitions) to effectively increase Total Value Locked (TVL) and active wallet addresses.
- Community & Content: Maintain close engagement with developer communities and users, gather feedback, and produce high-quality DeFi tutorials, case studies, and market analysis reports.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth on-chain data analysis, monitor ecosystem health, and iterate operational strategies based on data-driven insights.
Job Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of operational or growth experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with at least 2 years deeply involved in DeFi project operations or ecosystem partnerships.
- Must be proficient in DeFi sector mechanisms, with a strong understanding of liquidity, yield strategies, smart contract security, and possess extensive DeFi project networks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills, capable of efficiently coordinating cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, with a strong passion for growth and self-motivation.
