Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and ensuring seamless hiring operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial interviews independently to assess candidates' basic competencies and job fit.
- Coordinate and schedule second-round interviews with department heads for qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Assist in optimizing recruitment procedures and HR-related policies.
- Support management in workforce planning and recruitment strategy development.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Chinese nationality with relevant HR or recruitment experience.
- Proven interview experience with ability to conduct initial candidate screenings independently.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate job requirements and engage with candidates effectively.
- Outgoing personality with confidence, strong judgment, and recruitment expertise.
- Familiarity with mainstream recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of or experience recruiting for Web3/blockchain industry is preferred.
