Job Description
We are seeking a Payment Channel Operations Manager to oversee payment channel operations (monitoring and exception handling for credit card/bank card/third-party payment channels), data analysis (independently building monitoring systems and generating insights), product requirement promotion (identifying issues and driving cross-departmental implementation), as well as compliance/risk control (KYC/AML and other payment compliance-related matters).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations of bank card/credit card deposit channels, including channel success rates, settlement timelines, and exception handling
- Plan and execute fiat deposit-related user campaigns to improve new user first deposit conversion rates and existing user repurchase rates
- Collaborate with P2P operations teams to design cross-product linkage campaigns for user acquisition
- Continuously track channel data and user behavior data to produce analytical reports and optimization suggestions
- Collect and organize user feedback to drive product experience improvement initiatives
- Support business teams in operational preparation and promotion for new channel launches
- Monitor competitor activities and regularly complete competitive research reports
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or fintech industry, with preference given to candidates with fiat deposit/withdrawal, payment, or P2P operations experience
- Familiarity with bank card/credit card payment processes and common channels (Visa/Mastercard/local payments, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to independently build data dashboards and conduct routine data tracking
- Experience in independently planning and executing user campaigns
- Sensitive to user experience with excellent problem identification and resolution skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese with ability to independently create bilingual campaign copy and operational documentation
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills with ability to efficiently manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- P2P/C2C operations experience
- Understanding of overseas market (Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.) user behaviors and payment habits
- Risk control or compliance awareness with basic understanding of KYC/AML processes
