Web3 Creator Ecosystem Expansion (Partnership) About this role: This position is primarily responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, operational retention, ecosystem collaboration, and strategy optimization of Web3 and cross-industry KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and live streamers for Gate Square. The goal is to build a highly active platform creator ecosystem and enhance the brand's industry influence. What you will do: 1. KOL & Streamer Expansion - Lead the recruitment and onboarding of KOLs and live streamers for Gate Square, focusing on verticals such as Web3, crypto trading, finance, stocks, and gaming. - Proactively identify high-quality creators through platforms like X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord, and complete outreach, communication, invitations, and onboarding conversions. - Develop tailored collaboration and incentive strategies based on the characteristics of different KOLs/streamers to improve recruitment conversion rates. - Continuously expand industry resources and build/maintain a pool of high-quality KOLs, streamers, and industry partners. 2. KOL & Streamer Operations and Retention - Manage the onboarding process, rule training, and daily communication for new KOLs/streamers to encourage consistent posting and streaming. - Provide content direction, activity participation, and traffic support recommendations based on performance data and content characteristics. - Maintain relationships with key KOLs/streamers, promptly address their needs, and enhance creator engagement, retention, and collaboration depth. - Coordinate internal platform resources to match high-quality creators with traffic, events, exposure, and collaboration opportunities. 3. Industry Collaboration and Resource Expansion - Stay updated on Web3 industry trends, project teams, and community ecosystems to expand partnerships with project teams, institutions, KOLs, and traders. - Participate in planning and executing AMAs, roundtables, themed live streams, and joint events, inviting industry guests to enhance platform influence. - Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and community teams to drive key projects and resource partnerships. 4. Strategic Analysis and Feedback - Track core metrics such as KOL/streamer recruitment, onboarding, posting, streaming, and engagement to continuously optimize BD strategies. - Monitor competitor platforms' KOL/streamer ecosystems, recruitment methods, and incentive policies, and regularly provide industry and competitor insights. - Collect creator feedback to drive continuous improvements in products, operations, and incentive mechanisms.
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone with: 1. Industry and BD Experience - 1-3 years of BD or KOL expansion experience in Web3, exchanges, content platforms, communities, or related industries. - Priority given to candidates with existing Web3 KOL, streamer, trader, project team, or community resources. - Hands-on experience in KOL/streamer recruitment and collaboration, capable of independently managing the entire process from outreach to conversion. 2. Industry Knowledge and Resources - Familiarity with the Web3 industry ecosystem and community culture, and knowledge of major social channels like X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord. - Strong interest in Web3, trading, and finance-related content, with the ability to quickly assess creator content quality and commercial value. - A solid network of industry resources and connections to continuously expand new creators and partnerships. 3. Communication and Business Skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to establish long-term collaborations with diverse KOLs/streamers. - Proactive outreach capabilities, not reliant on existing resources, to continuously identify and convert potential partners. - English proficiency in reading and writing; spoken English is a plus. Experience with overseas KOL/streamer expansion and cross-cultural communication is preferred. 4. Results-Driven Mindset - Strong goal orientation and execution skills, with the ability to measure success through metrics like KOL/streamer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, posting, and streaming. - Strong project management skills to coordinate internal resources and expedite collaboration implementation. - High resilience and adaptability to fast-paced, high-frequency communication and results-driven BD work. 5. Additional Preferences - Experience in exchange BD, Web3 platforms, MCNs, or live streaming platforms. - Experience in overseas KOL/streamer expansion. - An established pool of KOL/streamer resources. - Experience managing overseas social media (e.g., X/Twitter) or personal industry influence. - Experience in planning and executing events, AMAs, roundtables, or live streams.
