Responsibilities- Formulate the annual work plan and objectives of human resources in line with the company's internationalization strategies, coordinate resources and budget to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's strategy;- Recruitment and orientation, payroll, MPF and insurance, onboarding/offboarding processing and benefits;- Improve and implement the company's human resource management system, optimize workflow, coordinate recruitment, performance, training, remuneration and talent development;- Promote the building of an international team, enhance efficiency of the organization, develop and disseminate corporate culture and coordinate the efficient operation of the global team;- Office administration and logistical support, such as office rental and daily management, reception, office supplies procurement, staff event organization, visa processing, CEO itinerary, etc.
