Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the annual HR work plan, ensuring alignment with the company's internationalization strategies and long-term business goals.
 - Coordinate cross-functional resources and budget allocation to support the execution of strategic initiatives, including recruitment, training, and operational efficiency.
 - Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding, while managing payroll, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), insurance, and employee benefits.
 - Design and optimize HR systems to streamline workflows, enhance data management, and improve the effectiveness of talent development programs.
 - Drive the creation of a cohesive international team culture, fostering collaboration across global regions while ensuring consistent corporate values and operational standards are upheld.
 - Oversee office administration and logistical support, including office space management, procurement of supplies, event coordination, and handling of visa processes and executive itineraries.
 - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
 - Act as a strategic partner to senior management, offering expert advice on workforce planning, succession strategies, and global talent mobility solutions.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in international operations or cross-border team coordination.
 - Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and data analytics tools for workforce planning.
 - Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
 - Excellent communication skills in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) to facilitate global collaboration.
 - Ability to develop and implement HR policies that support organizational growth, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
 - Proven leadership in team building, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture across diverse teams.
 - Experience with budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation for large-scale HR operations.
 - Skilled in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making to address complex HR challenges in a global context.
 - Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP), or experience in multinational corporations.
