Overview
We are seeking a data-driven organizational development professional to drive performance and talent effectiveness in a fast-growing global organization. This role will play a key part in building and optimizing end-to-end performance and reward systems, ensuring organizational capabilities align closely with business growth.
You will work closely with business leaders and HR business partners (HRBPs) to design and implement scalable solutions for performance management, compensation frameworks, and talent development. This is a high-impact role suited for those with extensive experience managing complex performance cycles (from design to execution) and expertise in handling data, models, and cross-functional stakeholders.
No prior cryptocurrency background is required—we welcome candidates from internet, tech, or other fast-paced industries who are curious about this field and eager to grow with it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance & Reward Systems: Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, including framework design, calibration, implementation, and continuous optimization (e.g., KPI/OKR systems).
- Compensation & Incentive Design: Support the design and optimization of compensation structures, including salary bands, grading systems, and benchmarking.
- Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Support organizational design initiatives aligned with business growth and scalability needs.
- Talent Management & Development: Support talent assessment and succession planning processes.
- Organizational Analysis & Data Capabilities: Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks for performance and talent data.
Job Requirements:
- Experience & Background: Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years in OD/HR COE/HR strategy roles; proven experience in performance management and compensation design.
- Core Competencies: Expertise in performance framework design, compensation structures, and advanced Excel/data modeling skills.
- Stakeholder & Execution: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fast-growing tech/internet companies, global/multi-regional organizations, or large-scale performance/compensation projects.
