Job Description
- Develop the exchange's overall operational strategy, annual operational plans, and core KPI metrics
- Continuously optimize operational strategies, resource allocation, and cost efficiency based on market changes and industry trends
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration among product, operations, marketing, risk control, and customer service teams to ensure business objectives are achieved
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for core business metrics including trading depth, liquidity, conversion rate, retention rate, MAU/DAU
- Drive the design and implementation of trading operations, campaign operations, and growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance new user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Establish trading monitoring systems for large orders, abnormal fluctuations, matching delays, slippage, etc.
- Work with risk control team to develop and execute risk strategies (liquidation, position limits, risk models, etc.)
- Handle major trading incidents, emergency response mechanisms, and post-mortem analysis of trading accidents
- Coordinate with legal/compliance departments to ensure the exchange meets global regulatory requirements
- Optimize key processes like KYC/withdrawal/deposit flows to improve approval rates and risk control quality
- Develop operational SOPs, process optimization, and efficiency improvements
- Promote automation tools and BI data system construction to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Manage multiple teams including operations, trading operations, growth, customer service, and risk control
- Responsible for talent pipeline development
- Build an operation team culture with global vision, data-driven approach, and result orientation
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of operational experience at tier-1 platforms with relevant job level
- Familiar with trading matching, perpetual contracts, spot trading processes, trading depth and liquidity maintenance
- Data-driven: proficient in BI tools, Looker, SQL, and data dashboards
- Capable of independently establishing operational metric systems (conversion/retention/activity/ARPU)
- Possess business analysis, operational strategy and growth strategy design capabilities
- Experience managing multinational remote teams
- Ability to drive product, technology and marketing teams to achieve goals in high-pressure environments
- Skilled in team building, process establishment, and execution
- Strong resilience, motivation, and decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages
