Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Goals & Strategy: Achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs by formulating growth strategies and resource plans (channel expansion, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, outreach strategies).
- Channel Operations: Build and optimize channel ecosystems (KOLs/agents/communities/content), design partnership frameworks and incentive mechanisms to enhance ROI and user quality.
- User Operations: Develop lifecycle and tiered user management (new-active-high value-churned) to improve registration, deposit, transaction conversion, and retention.
- Campaigns & Productization: Lead campaign planning and post-analysis, drive productization of operational capabilities (campaign configuration, tasks/rewards, audience tagging, outreach systems).
- Data Systems: Establish dashboards and review mechanisms to monitor funnel metrics, retention, conversion, LTV, and iteratively refine growth models.
- Team & Collaboration: Manage operations teams (channel/user/campaign), coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and support for project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in growth/user/channel operations, preferably in finance/exchange/high-conversion B2C sectors; team management experience required.
- Proven 0-to-1 system-building expertise (channels, user segmentation, campaign frameworks, data dashboards), strong data-driven decision-making and project execution skills.
- Preference for candidates with Web 2.0 major platform experience.
- Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, exceptional cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration abilities.
