Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine agency/partner policies in accordance with the company's strategic direction, ensuring they meet market demands and business objectives.
 - Design and implement a comprehensive cooperative control system for agents, including recruitment processes, operational management frameworks, incentive mechanisms, and performance evaluation protocols.
 - Provide ongoing business guidance and training programs to agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards to strengthen their capabilities.
 - Collaborate with agents to achieve channel performance targets, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
 - Monitor and report on agency performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
 - Act as a liaison between the company and its agents, resolving issues, fostering relationships, and promoting mutual growth through regular communication and feedback.
 - Conduct periodic assessments of agent performance, implementing corrective actions and ensuring the quality of channel operations remains consistent.
 - Stay updated on industry developments and market dynamics to adapt agency strategies and improve overall channel efficiency.
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel management, sales operations, or related fields with a proven track record in agency/partner management.
 - Strong understanding of business strategy development and implementation, with experience in creating policies that drive market expansion.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with agents, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems) to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
 - Ability to develop and deliver training programs, including both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, to enhance agent capabilities and productivity.
 - Knowledge of incentive structures and performance evaluation systems to motivate agents and ensure accountability in channel operations.
 - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple agents, resolve operational challenges, and maintain efficient workflows.
 - Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to support cross-functional collaboration.
 - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
 - Ability to adapt to dynamic market environments and implement flexible strategies to address changing business needs and challenges.
