Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Editing:
  • Write and optimize event copy, product copy, UI/UX copy, push notifications, pop-up messages, emails, and other content to enhance user experience and usability.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all copywriting materials.
  • Edit and proofread client copy to ensure logical flow, correctness, high quality, and ease of localization.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to details and meeting deadlines.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Coordinate with colleagues from product, R&D, business, and operations teams to understand their needs and ensure content accuracy.
  • Confirm copy-related issues with clients before the localization process begins.
  • Proactively address and escalate any questions or concerns raised by the localization team regarding Chinese copywriting.
  • Work closely with the localization team (Chinese-English translators and project managers) to provide support and clarify meanings and terminology during translation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Chinese copywriting, preferably with a focus on UI/UX and cryptocurrency-related content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, particularly exchanges and trading activities.
• Ability to edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and localization readiness.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples is required for application.
