1. As a customer window, participate in communication with Chinese and foreign customers throughout the process (proficient in both Chinese and English), and provide corresponding strategies and plans for customers; 2. Develop business expansion plans, sell PANONY consulting services, establish business contacts, expand business, and maintain/expand customer relationships. 3. Maintain relationships with external KOLs, media, industry event organizers, and promote related cooperation and execution; 4. Responsible for post investment project management of the company, including providing guidance, close communication, coordination, and arranging internal resources for promotion with the invested projects; 5. Pay attention to industry news and trends, integrate hot topics and emergencies in real time, and plan event marketing or share hot topic viewpoints for clients; 6. Conduct internal horizontal coordination to implement KPIs and Deliverables; 7. Sort out service performance data and write a service summary report
